Shipping & Delivery
We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery needs. However, we are not always able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, especially during busy holiday periods. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout and provide your telephone number and email address so we can confirm. Before major holidays and important floral days, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance. These include Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day and prom/graduation events.
In Broward county, Monday through Saturday orders placed as late as 1p.m. can usually be delivered that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and at holidays). If you have an urgent need or live in Dade or Palm Beach counties please call us.
Funeral Arrangements
Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries may not always be available.
Delivery to Hospitals
We deliver to hospitals daily during normal business hours. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name, address and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your floral design in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many Intensive Care Unit patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Recipient Not Home
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your floral design, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when we attempt a delivery, we will either:

Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time. Please provide their number

Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the Art of Flowers to schedule a delivery time

Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)

Leave the floral design with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information if noted in your instructions
Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the floral design you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Privacy & Security
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information as additional protection against the decoding of that information by anyone other than us. However, despite all reasonable security precautions and processes, such as password protection, encryption technology, and use of firewall technology, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personally Identifiable Information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Site, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will take commercially reasonable precautions to protect its security on our systems.
Cancellation
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your standard order 24 hours prior to delivery. Custom orders requiring special flowers or vases, all weddings and events have their own terms and conditions via contract. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. In order to cancel an order, you need to speak directly with one of our customer service team.
Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be canceled. An additional delivery charge will be added for the second delivery.
Orders that are rejected by the recipient due to the quality or design errors must be communicated directly with the Art of Flowers customer service in 24 hours of receipt. Requests to refund arrangements due to lack of watering or proper care will not be honored.
Orders rejected by the recipient for any other reasons cannot be refunded
